Designed to maximise your potential, our Enfield based Rugby League Training Program caters to junior rugby league athletes so that they can take your game to the next level.
We focus on developing strength, power, speed, agility, skill, cardiovascular fitness and a high degree of mental toughness. Our athletes are coached to become physically and mentally fit to play Rugby League at the highest level.

A lot is asked of our athletes (and in by association their families). They need to be committed and determined. They need to show up and put in. If you can do that, the world is your oyster.
We have a MAXIMUM of 12-15 athletes per session to insure movement patterns are coached correctly and safely. Program spots are offered first to current athletes and then next to those on our waiting list. Our summer Off Season program runs between September and March and our winter In Season program runs from March through to August.
Our coach Jason spent time working with the NSW Waratahs and Sydney FC and was astounded by the professionalism of League Fit Academy. He even rates it above those professional programs he has worked with.
