Training for Rugby League with the League Fit Academy
We believe that every junior Rugby League athlete who wants to improve themselves deserves no less than the best.
A lot is asked of our athletes (and in by association their families). They need to be committed and determined. They need to show up and put in. If you can do that, the world is your oyster.
We have a MAXIMUM of 12-15 athletes per session to insure movement patterns are coached correctly and safely. Program spots are offered first to current athletes and then next to those on our waiting list. Our summer Off Season program runs between September and March and our winter In Season program runs from March through to August.
