At League Fit Academy we use the most up to date training techniques to make any Rugby League player: fitter, faster, stronger, more skillful and more mentally tough.

Our focus is simply about getting you physically and mentally fit to play Rugby League at the highest level.

The program is designed for players aged 14 years and older with group sizes kept to a maximum of 12.

For those who can’t commit to our full time squad, our “Home & Away Program” may be the option for you. We currently have Harold Matthews, SG Ball and NYC players from the Wests Tigers, Parramatta Eels, St George Illawarra Dragons and Manly training through us, supplementing training sessions provided by the clubs.
